Lifes not that bad, but I'm gonna bitch about it anyways....
A few days ago, I made a post that said that I had a crush on Paige Davis from the show "Trading Spaces". This was before I saw the TV guide cover. I've heard the controversy over the pic recently, and I thought it wasn't a big deal. But I saw the pic, and I thought man, this could be a big deal. She could lose her job over that. Now a normal person (like myself) sees the photo and says,"There's nothing wrong with this. She's not naked. She still covered up". But the fact of the matter is, this is TLC we're talking about. A channel devoted to learning, and something like that was done way out of context.

I hate to sound like a stick in the mud, but I really wish she had not done the photo. There was really no point to it. I see the photo, and I have this thought like; the guys who have younger sisters would know what I'm talking about. When you realized your sisters all grown up and is becoming a woman an there is nothing you can do about it. That's how I see the photo. I'm still a fan of hers, and of the show, it's just really weird that she would opt to do a cover like that.

When will sex stop selling. Do we really have to have a beautiful woman on the cover of everything to we can purcahse the product?
Does there have to be a half naked women on a show for us to watch the program? I love to be entertained as much as the next joe( no pun intended) but did Janet Jackson really have to flash her nipps during the Super Bowl halftime show. Call me crazy, but I can see sorta see were the FCC is coming from. because a line has to de drawn somewhere.

I don't know, its just that every know and then, I like to have some good clean entertainment. Something that is intellectually stimulation. Something that doesn't have to do with trying to find "tits" or "ass". I just wish that the some (not all) of the networks, producers, directors, writers, and photographers really didn't have to use sex to push certain things. Since we live in a world where everything is controlled by exposer, then sex is going to cell. It looks like George Carlin was right ?

(wow, looking back on what I was talking about, that was one strange rant. It's late and my brain is thinking way to much)

I say we legalize prostitution. That will solve everything.
