Lifes not that bad, but I'm gonna bitch about it anyways....
Well, well, well. Look who is at the top of the AP poll tied with the Oklahoma Sooners. It's the Auburn tigers. The team that was supposed to win it all last year by using a weak Penn State victory in a bowl game almost two years ago, to shoot them straight into the BCS picture. I never thought in a million years that they would play for a BCS bowl game, let alone, play for a possible national championship. With a win over Georgia they might just do that. (Pending if they run the table and Oklahoma or USC fall down a few notchs).

The possibility of Auburn being national champions is sure to make the crimson tide fans sick. Well, I'm not an Alabama fan, nor am I an Auburn fan, but I still support the teams and the players. Both teams have played hard, but Alabama has had bad breaks. I'm not saying that if Brody Croyle was still healthy they would be in the top ten also, I'm just saying that Auburn has had their players amped for this. When Alabama was scrambling to find a replacement coach, the Tigers have stuck with the system and worked through the bumps and bruises.

I think whatever Auburn gets in the post season is what they deserve and I hope they make it to the BCS championship. They still have to play Alabama and beat whoever they play in the SEC championship, and that is no easy task. Still, if they play they way that they have been playing I think they can pull it of. So congratulations Auburn, you guys deserve it.

If Auburn can handle an opponent like Georgia and take 'em down like they did, I say let 'em play for the National Championship. I'm not sure who has the toughest schedule between USC, Oklahoma, and Auburn, but each team is undefeated so far. It'll be interesting to see how the BCS works this one out. I myself would love to see Auburn rumble with USC. But if Oklahoma refuses to go down, then things will get very interesting come bowl time. Another team I'm also watching this year is Boise State (also undefeated), though I doubt they'll be in contention for the national championship this year.

Uh, they are not at the top. They are tied with Oklahoma for #2 in one poll, but still #3 in most other polls, and the BCS Rankings. They need some luck as well as skill to make the Championship Bowl. As for me, I dont care who plays USC, I am going USC All the way!

I to would like to see Boise State in the mix, but three letters are going to screw them out of it. BCS. Yes the BCS would kIll their chances just like it overlooked Tulane a few years ago. I really don't care for that stength of schedule, margin of victory, and quality wins stuff, I just wish there was a way to get teams like Boise state, Fresno state, Utah, or Air force into the championship hunt. But it's not going to happen, unless they played in the SEC, Big ten, Big 12, Pac 10, Big east , ACC, or if your Notre Dame.
